What was your first job, and what was your biggest takeaway from it?
“My first job was at a Wendy’s. The best thing I learned from it was how to make an amazing cheeseburger! I also learned how to make old-fashioned-style chicken and a loaded bacon sandwich. Too bad I don’t eat like that anymore!”
What is a recent move or TV show you would recommend? What did you love about it?
“Outlander on HULU! I am a nut for history-based shows and movies. I absolutely love everything about this show. Plus, Jaime reminds me of my husband!!! The strength and passion he has for what he believes in is just how my husband is.”
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
“That’s a tough question. I love seeing new places and meeting different people. But so far, I’ll stay in New England. We shall see what will happen when I travel to Scotland someday.”
What is the best advice you have ever received, and who was it from?
“Never have regrets. Learn, don’t repeat, and be better.”
What is your favorite “dad joke”?
“What do you call a fish wearing a bowtie? Sofishticated!”
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
“If I could have a superpower it would probably be to fly. Then I could fly anywhere in the world and see everything.”
Lastly, share your favorite recipe!
“I absolutely love to cook, so there are many more recipes I love. Lately, though, my favorite is sweet potato brownies. I can’t get enough of them!”
