Role Description
As an Account Manager, the employee will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims. The Account Manager is a regular point of contact for clients, and they must provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of commercial insurance products and the insurance industry
- Experience with client management and sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with software/technology is a must. Competency insurance software is a plus.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license in the state of New Hampshire
