Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent

Personal Lines Account Manager

Keslar Insurance  •  Seacoast / Lakes Region, NH  •  Full-Time or Part-Time  •  Remote / Hybrid Considered

We’re Growing. Come Build With Us.

Keslar Insurance is adding to our personal lines team — not because someone left, but because our business keeps growing and we need great people to grow with us.

This is an account manager role for a licensed Personal Lines agent who takes ownership of their clients — someone who is equally at home helping a new client find the right coverage and making sure existing clients feel genuinely taken care of at renewal.

If you hold a Property & Casualty license, take pride in building real relationships, and want to be part of a team that is investing in its future — not just maintaining the status quo — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle new business inquiries from first contact through bind, including quoting, coverage consultation, and application
  • Manage a personal lines renewal book — proactively reaching out, reviewing coverage, and retaining clients year over year
  • Actively work our existing book to identify monoline clients and convert them to bundled accounts
  • Identify cross-sell and rounding opportunities to make sure clients are fully protected
  • Advise clients on home, auto, umbrella, and related coverages in plain language, without the jargon
  • Respond to service requests including endorsements, billing questions, and coverage changes
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-touch client experience
  • Use agency tools (HubSpot, NowCerts, comparative rater) to keep accounts current and communication timely

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required), preferably New Hampshire.
  • Maine and/or Massachusetts licensure is a plus — we support multi-state licensing
  • Prior personal lines experience preferred; sharp entry-level candidates ready to learn are welcome
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — and a natural ability to explain coverage options clearly
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools, including AI-assisted workflows
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and genuinely client-focused

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried role with competitive pay commensurate with experience. No commission structure — just a stable base and a strong benefits package so you can focus on doing great work.

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
  • HRA (Health), PTO, holidays, Aflac, and tuition reimbursement
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
  • Long-term career path within a growing agency

Schedule & Location

We are primarily looking for a full-time agent, but we’re open to the right part-time candidate as well. Flexible scheduling is on the table.

Remote work is a possibility for the right fit. We’re less focused on where you sit and more focused on what you deliver — responsiveness, follow-through, and a client experience that reflects well on this agency.

Why Keslar Insurance

We are one of the fastest-growing agencies in New England — and we’re just getting started. Here’s what that means for you:

Strong Culture. People Stay.

Our team is tight-knit and collaborative. We hire carefully and invest in the people we bring on. This is not a revolving door.

Technology-Forward for an Agency Our Size

We use HubSpot, AI-assisted workflows, digital proposals, and automation to make our team more efficient and our clients more impressed. You’ll have better tools here than at most agencies twice our size.

Real Growth Trajectory

We are adding roles because the business demands it. The person who joins us now will have the opportunity to grow into more responsibility as we do — in scope, in earnings, and in impact.

Community-Rooted

We are active in the Seacoast and Lakes Region communities we serve. We show up, we participate, and we take seriously what it means to be a local business that people trust.

Our Values

  • Friendly & Personable
  • Guided by Integrity
  • Growth-Oriented & Educational
  • Loyal & Committed

We live these daily — not just post them on a wall.
