Meet Shannon! Shannon is focused on addressing our client’s questions, payments, claims, and endorsements.
Shannon has called Exeter home for the past 20 years, where she raised her three children: Kaitlyn, Caroline, and Andrew. Her background as a stay-at-home mom shaped her natural ability to care deeply, listen closely, and support others with patience and empathy.
Before joining Keslar Insurance, Shannon worked as a CrossFit coach at a local gym. This role not only allowed her to pursue her passion for health and fitness but also strengthened her skills in communication, motivation, and individualized support, qualities that directly carry over into her work with clients today. Coaching required her to meet people where they were, guide them toward their goals, and celebrate their progress, much like the way she now helps customers navigate their insurance needs with care and clarity.
Now, as a valued member of our customer service team, Shannon brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every client interaction. Known for her gentle demeanor and thoroughness, she takes pride in making sure each customer feels heard, supported, and confident in their coverage.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She’s grateful to have found a professional home at Keslar Insurance and is excited to help make a difference in the lives of our clients every day.
