What You’ll Do:
- Engage with clients to address their insurance needs, including billing inquiries, claims assistance, and policy changes.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and updating client records.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Continuously learn about new insurance products and services to best serve our clients.
- Be a proactive team member, assisting in refining our processes as we grow.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
- Proficient with email, Word, Excel, and comfortable navigating databases.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a way that customers can understand.
- Experience building client relationships and providing personalized solutions.
