Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent

We have an immediate opportunity for a motivated licensed P&C agent to join our Personal Lines team!

We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads and help grow our business daily by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Assist in refining processes and procedures as the agency continues to grow.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success every day.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Driven to meet and exceed monthly goals.
  • Exceptional follow-up and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities, desire to educate, and a passion for satisfying customers’ needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sales or service experience preferred.
  • Current Property & Casualty license preferred (required to succeed in the role).
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • The selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proficient with email, Word, Excel, and comfortable navigating databases.
  • Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a way that customers can understand.
  • Experience building client relationships and providing personalized solutions.
