The concept of being customer-obsessed is that we completely want to put customers first. Our corporate focus is on creating a better customer experience from the customer’s perspective. Why is this important? We understand who is really our boss, those who really really pay our salaries. It is our customers. This knowledge motivates us to continue to look for ways to improve our customer experience in everyday situations as well as in stressful times when it’s important for us to be there for you.
We want to make sure that we are always finding ways to go above and beyond for those who we have as clients and even those who are prospective clients. We are continually surveying our customers and our employees to learn how we can do better at every turn. This is important information for us to know because there is no way to grow without knowledge. The most important feedback is always coming from our clients!
At Keslar Insurance we regularly review new technologies, new systems, and new carriers to make sure that our clients always have the best options out there. We have created our brand new website with all of the bells and whistles that we could find to make it as user-friendly as possible. Our team is regularly trained in insurance topics and customer service techniques to make sure we are always up to date on the latest knowledge available to us.
